The previous purchasing model for SGPro was based around what are called “major” version changes. In SGPro’s 10 years, we have only ever had one of these when SGPro 2 became SGPro 3. When the major version changed, we charged a one-time upgrade fee for the upgrade. The SGPro subscription model will no longer charge any type of fee for version changes (major or otherwise) and, as a subscriber, you are always entitled to upgrade to the latest version of SGPro, regardless of version number. In addition to upgrades, you will gain access to the Premium Support area of the forum. Support requests in this area will always be prioritized above any that are reported in the public area.

Yes, absolutely. Canceling a subscription can be done from the subscription details page. You can find it here. Locate the subscription, click “View” and then, on the details page, find and click the “Cancel” button. Note that canceling a subscription does not result in a prorated refund for “unused” time remaining on the subscription, but will prevent the subscription from automatically renewing whenever it next expires. Your subscription will continue to be active for the remainder of the subscription’s life (until the date on which the renewal payment would have occurred). When a refund is issued, the account’s license keys will be deactivated. Details about this can be found in our Terms and Conditions document that was (or will be) presented during the checkout and purchase process.
Go to your subscriptions page and click the “View” button.
Then, click the “Change Payment” button:
Finally, enter the details of the new payment method and click the “Change Payment Method” button.
Main Sequence Software offers a 30 day, no questions asked refund on all new subscriptions, re-subscriptions and unintentional renewals. After 30 days from the date of purchase have passed, we will no longer provide refunds (prorated or otherwise). When a refund is issued for a new subscription, the account’s license keys will be deactivated. When a refund is issued, for a renewal fee (existing subscriptions) or resubscription, your subscription expiry date will be reset to its original date before the refunded transaction. Details about this can be found in our Terms and Conditions document that was (or will be) presented during the checkout and purchase process.
The process to enable Premium Support for your account is outlined here.
