Thank you! Your new Sequence Generator Pro subscription is now active.
As an active subscriber you are entitled to all SGPro software updates and, in addition, you now have access to Premium Support (easy issue submission in-app with logs and your requests are prioritized over those in the public forum).
So what do I do now?
First, check your email. We have just sent you a message that contains information about your order and provides instructions detailing the steps you need to take to get started with your new SGPro Subscription. Or, if you prefer, you can go straight to How to Activate SGPro from here.
Note: If you did not receive an email about your order, please make sure you check your spam folder.
In addition to your order email, you may receive one or two others depending on if you created a new SGPro Website Account during purchase and whether or not we were able to locate your forum account to enable Premium Support.
New User Account Email (also described in the order email)
This email contains your new username and indicates that Main Sequence Software has created an account for you on our servers. If you have questions or concerns about data and privacy, please see here.
Premium Support Issues Email
If you received an email with the subject “SGPro – User action is required! Link your forum account to access premium support”, then you will need to take action to link your SGPro forum account to your SGPro account. All the details are in the email, including what to do if you are stuck. Alternatively, you can go straight to the Premium Support help page from here.
