You can get all kinds of good advice and help troubleshooting issues via our support forum.  As much as we would like to provide a personal level of support to all of our users, we are a very small shop, and it just isn’t possible.  The support forum is like a living, ever-expanding knowledge base.  Using the search functionality, it is highly likely that you will find a thread that describes an issue very similar to yours.  In addition to this, you get the benefit of the years of experience of community experts and there a quite a few that help out often.
