Fixes

• Fixed an issue where new sequences may not be able to open the AutoFlats tool.
• Fixed an issue where the sequence, despite failure, may not engage in post-sequence capture of calibration frames (if enabled).
• Fixed an issue with AutoFlats where a failure to adjust exposure length against a limit might cause the run to fail even if there is room to adjust panel brightness.
