Changes

• Temporarily disabled a new Auto Focus efficiency feature in 4.3 because it is causing deadlocks (hangs). Not sure if it will make it to the 4.3 release.

Fixes

• Attempt to fix an issue that might cause AutoFlats to fail to open for some users (not fully certain if this fixes reported issues).
• Fixed an issue where adding AutoFlats events from existing target events might ignore binning and default to 1x1.
