Fixes

• An attempt to fix a possible scaling issue with the options dialog.
• Fixed an error where setting focus points for filters might show a previous position.
• Fixed an issue where some observatory sequencing checkboxes did not render properly.
• Fixed an issue where the PlateSolve3 solver may not be able to open settings (and as a result not be able to find catalogs)
• Fixed an issue where the sequence may fail to start recovery when the guider reports the star is lost during target centering.
